Agreement to Terms

By using AquaRay Hesperia Pool Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

We provide professional pool cleaning and maintenance services in Hesperia, CA and surrounding areas. Our services include weekly pool cleaning, one-time deep cleaning, green pool treatment, equipment repairs, and related pool care services.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel appointments if we determine that safety concerns exist or if the work falls outside our scope of expertise.

Scheduling and Cancellations

You can schedule services by calling us at (442) 252-6101 or submitting a request through our website. We will confirm your appointment within 24 hours.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Last-minute cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. For weekly service contracts, payment is due monthly on the agreed-upon date.

Late payments may incur additional fees. If your account is more than 30 days past due, we reserve the right to suspend services until payment is received.

Property Access

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your pool area for our technicians. This includes ensuring gates are unlocked on scheduled service days and that pets are secured.

We are not responsible for delays or missed appointments if access to your property is not available as scheduled.

Liability and Insurance

AquaRay Hesperia Pool Service is fully licensed and insured. We take care to perform our services professionally and safely. However, we are not liable for pre-existing conditions, damage from improper pool maintenance prior to our service, or issues outside our control.

You agree that our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We recommend maintaining appropriate homeowners insurance for your property.

Warranties

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right at no additional charge.

Parts and equipment installed by us come with manufacturer warranties. We do not provide additional warranties beyond what the manufacturer offers.

Changes to Services

We may update our service offerings, pricing, or policies from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes that affect your service agreement.

For weekly service contracts, we will provide 30 days notice before implementing any price increases.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 14 days written notice. You will be responsible for payment for all services completed up to the termination date.
